Focus of Funding
Funding is dedicated to Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) projects that respond to the needs of children and their caregivers in situations of war, displacement, violence, or natural disaster. Projects may include:
- Structured therapeutic and counselling programmes
- Community‑based and culturally adapted psychosocial activities
- Trauma‑informed play, art, or music‑based healing
- Safe spaces for recovery and resilience building
- Capacity‑building for caregivers and frontline workers
The emphasis is on evidence‑based, community‑driven, and culturally sensitive interventions that strengthen psychological well-being and promote resilience among children exposed to severe adversity.
Grant Size & Timeline
Grants under this call generally range from USD 50,000 to USD 150,000 per year, with project durations of around 12 months recommended.
Successful proposals are expected to demonstrate clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and robust monitoring and evaluation plans.
The current call for proposals opened on 2 December 2025 and will close on 15 January 2026, offering organisations a limited window to complete the eligibility quiz and submit full applications.
How to Apply: Start with the Eligibility Quiz
Prospective applicants must first complete a short online Eligibility Quiz hosted on the Peace of Mind Foundation website.
Only those organisations that meet all criteria will be automatically redirected to the full proposal submission portal. Peace of Mind Foundation
After completing the quiz, organisations can prepare and submit their full application via the online portal.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to consult the foundation’s Proposal Blueprint and comprehensive FAQs before submitting their proposals to ensure alignment with expectations and avoid common errors.
Once the call closes on 15 January 2026, the Peace of Mind Foundation will review all eligible proposals. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a technical interview as part of the next phase of assessment.
The foundation does not provide individual feedback on applications that are not selected, and organisations should expect updates via the Peace of Mind Foundation’s LinkedIn page after the deadline.
