iLEAD AFRICA is inviting young, motivated changemakers to apply for the 2025 Be the Change Champions Program, an initiative dedicated to nurturing youth leadership in sustainable development and community impact.
Be the change program empowers and trains young individuals to be change agents in their communities, equipping them with the skills and resources to initiate and lead impactful social projects.

Your Role as a Champion:
- Mobilize and engage peers in community-driven activities
- Support awareness campaigns aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Collaborate on voluntary local projects
- Attend weekly online training and mentorship sessions
- Report progress and share success stories
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18–35 years old
- Location: Must reside in the country where you are applying
- Experience: Prior involvement in community engagement, advocacy, or project management is an advantage, but not required
- Commitment: Willing to dedicate time throughout the program
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
